To Oak Harbor

A few weeks ago I was in Washington and drove across Whidbey Island. There are only two ways there. You can take the ferry and cross from Mukelteo or you can take this bridge. I did both and stopped to visit a franchise owner in Oak Harbor. The water between the island and mainland was flowing rapidly because of the tide.
