Leadership and Self Deception

Here is one of the best business books I've read in a long time. It's call Leadership and Self Deception. In fact, it could also be used as a marriage book, or even for raising kids. The book describes how to get out of the box with others. It says that we tend to see others as objects instead of people. As a result we betray ourselves and treat other people poorly. That book describes how we get to that point in our relationships with others and then how to get out of that box and stay out.

It's an excellent read and worth your time. I highly recommend it.
