Doc, my ears are ringing, "Don't answer it."

My Doctor decided it's finally time to cut back on expenses. He made this new private exam room for his patients. He's trying to make a point I think. He told me how Dr. Obama got his health care plan through congress and past the American people. In his last speech before a joint session and on national TV he said, "All in favor, stick out your tongue and say, 'Ah.' " I told my Doctor about my problem and that I couldn't hear. He told me I was better off, the way things are today.
