True social change can occur. Until we bring about a change in ourselves, even the best-intentioned attempts to restructure anything "from liberalism" by new laws or by force are doomed. Corruption and deceit live in the hearts of men along with selfish earmarks and greedy bankers and investors. How can the government change that?
