I was in Memphis last week and met Richard Petty. I heard stories about moonshine, not running from the law because they didn't have to, and hot cars. I told him American cars are going to be around a long, long time, in fact I'd bet my Kaiser on it! He was a very nice man and I enjoyed meeting him.
