Prairie Dogs

Just a few hundred feet from our house is the Jefferson County Open Space. When Nancy and I walk some of the trails in the neighborhood, we go right by this prairie dog town. In fact, we can hear them chirp from our back porch. Sometimes we see coyotes circling and sneaking up on them for a fast meal. Glad I'm not a coyote!
