Data released by Senate Minority

It's interesting to note that the number of net jobs created in the second quarter of 2012 is smaller than the number of people who've been added as food stamp recipients and awarded disability. It's also interesting to note that once you are added to disability (which seems to be much easier now), you are no longer considered "unemployed."


The chart below show the net change in jobs from 2009.  Obama exclaims how he has added jobs since he began as President, but what he doesn't tell you is how many have been lost and not replaced. What is the NET Mr. Obama? This puts the net new jobs since 2009 at a negative 1.3 million. Not a good number in my estimation and shows negative economic growth. Meanwhile, the number of people on disability and food stamps shows a wild increase.

Do you think the media will talk about this? Probably not.
