Bikes and Aspen Trees!

Nancy and I went biking yesterday up near Leadville, CO. Besides the benefit of exercise and a really fun ride around the town of Leadville, we enjoyed the changing aspen trees. How magnificent it gets in our mountains.

Leadville also has a few things to offer. It is rich with history. Doc Holliday shot his last man in Leadville and lived there for 5 years. Horace and Baby Doe Tabor made and lost millions here. There was the murder of Judge Dyer, the Guggenhiem fortune was made here, and on it goes. We had lunch at the Silver Dollar Saloon and stepped back into this history just a little.
