What John McCain predicted

In 2008, Presidential candidate John McCain predicted in one of his ads that Obama would bring gas prices to $4.00 per gallon. The national average is $3.86 which includes states with $4.00+ per gallon. Nevertheless, his prediction was correct. I trust you are all paying close attention then and now. This guy in the picture may not have a shirt if Obama is President 4 more years - my prediction.
