A root canal

Somebody once told me that silence was the college yell of the school of experience. I would say that a good way to save face is to keep the lower half shut. These times remind me of Theodore Roosevelt who once said, "I took the Canal Zone and let Congress debate, and while the debate goes on, the canal does, too." The difference is, 100 years later we're getting a root canal.
